This page explains how to request the deletion of your data from the admin portal of PLAY STÜDYO PLUS GÜZELOBA SPORTİF HİZMETLER LİMİTED ŞİRKETİ.
Important first
The originals of messages and comments remain on Facebook or Instagram. Our portal keeps a copy so
that staff can work with them. If you delete a post in the Facebook or Instagram app, we remove the
copy on request as well — or you write to us directly.
Requesting deletion
- Send an e-mail to info@playstudyo.fit with the subject “Data Deletion Request”.
- State your name and the Facebook or Instagram profile concerned (the username is enough).
- We confirm receipt within 7 days.
- Deletion is completed within 30 days. You receive a written confirmation.
What is deleted
- Your portal account including name, e-mail address and password hash, if any
- All entries in the activity log that are linked to you
- All cached messages, comments and profile data linked to you
What cannot be deleted
We cannot delete content hosted on Facebook or Instagram for you — Meta is responsible for that. Use your account settings there or contact Meta support.
Staff accounts
If you are an employee and want your portal account deleted, contact an administrator or write to info@playstudyo.fit.
